Founder & CEO
It started with one free remix in Paris.
In 2015, Jerem Alonzo was on vacation in Paris when a friend's cheer team hit a wall three weeks out from finals — their mix wasn't landing, and there was no time or budget left to fix it. Jerem offered to rebuild it for free, working out of a hotel room between sightseeing days. The new mix hit different. The team felt it the moment the first eight-count dropped.
Word travelled fast. What started as a favor turned into requests from other teams, then other gyms, then other countries. Jerem kept building — one mix at a time, one team at a time — until CheerMix Lab wasn't something he was doing on the side anymore. It was the thing.
Today, Jerem is based in the Philippines, where he's a certified ICU (International Cheer Union) judge and has worked alongside some of the country's top programs. His mixes have traveled well past home too — soundtracking routines for teams competing out of the US, New Zealand, Thailand and beyond.
The standard hasn't changed since that hotel room in Paris: build the sound like it actually matters. On the floor, it does.
